- product will be delivered via gmail.
- seller is not responsible for loss of product after it has been delivered.
- customer has the right to revise the sketch twice.
- customer has the right to minor edits after completion.
- must be paid in USD.
- customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 1 month, or when the order has not been completed for 3 months.
- customer is expected to contact and reply to the seller in a fast and reasonable manner.
- products cannot be used commercially without additional fees.
- seller can cancel and refund an order at any time.
- customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain related technology, including NFTS, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

FULL TERMS OF SERVICEPAYMENTS
- for orders under 30 USD, the customer
agrees to pay the amount due up front.
- for orders above or equal to 30 USD, the customer agrees to pay half up front and, after approval of the initial sketch or progress report, the other half of the sum.
- any alternative scheduling for payment must be discussed and mutually agreed upon.
- customer accepts that work on the commission will not commence until payment has been received by the seller.
- currency conversion falls upon the customer to cover. this includes bank transfer costs.⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅REFUNDS
- the customer agrees that refunds will only occur upon these circumstances
• the customer can not afford to finish their payment
• the customer is not happy with the initial sketch or product design and does not wish to revise it
• the seller does not return the product within the turn-around-time ( TAT )
• the seller cancels the order⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅REVISIONS
- customer has the right to 2 complete revisions of the sketched product.
- customer has the right to a reasonable amount of small edits to the final product. if the amount of edits takes a considerably long amount of time to come to an agreement on, any requests further than those will, upon mutual agreement, add upon the total invoice for the commission. those invoices will be sent separately, and work on those adjustments will not occur until those invoices are sent.⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USAGE
- the product received by the customer is for personal use only. any usage of this product for commercial purposes, reproduction of the product, reselling of the product, or publishing for any reason other than personal usage must be agreed upon and approved by the seller.
this requires a separate agreement between the customer and the seller defining exact conditions, parameters, and financial implications of using the product in any commercial manner.
- customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including cryptocurrency, non-fungible tokens, or future inventions in the space.
- the customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI of any manner. AI datasets, AI tools, training AI, and any future and current inventions in the space are strictly forbidden. this includes AI image upscaling.⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅PRODUCT DELIVERY
- customer agrees that product will be delivered digitally via email, after the final payment has been received by the seller.
- any other method of delivery will be agreed upon by the seller and customer before the work commences.
the customer is required to cover any additional costs as a product of alternative delivery, like postal fees, material fees, digital subscription fees, etc.
- it is the the sole responsibility of the customer to propose and ensure a delivery method that works for both parties. the seller cannot be held accountable for the customers loss of access to the product, wether that be from loss of access to the delivery method, loss of access to the delivered files, or anything outside of the responsibility of the seller.
upon the delivery of the product, it is the customers responsibility alone to store it properly. loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the seller.
the seller cannot guarantee that they will have the product in the case of the customer losing their files.⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅CANCELLATIONS
- the seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reason or explanation to the customer.
